MR. LAWSON'S SELECTIONS, THREE NEW MEMBERS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Mar. 19. Mr. H. S. W. Lawson, who, together with his Ministry recently resigned, lias I formed 'a new Ministry. He himself is Premier and Treasurer. The following are the members of the ! new Ministry:— I Attorney-General and Solicitor-General, i Sir A. Robinson (no change). I Minister for Education, Labour and I Forests, Sir A. J. Peacock (no change). t Chief Secretary and Minister for Health, I Mr. 1"). S. Oman (Mr. Oman was forlnerly Minister for Lands). Minister for Lands and Immigration, Mr. F. W. Eggleston (new to Ministry). Minister for Railways and Assistant Treasurer, Mr. H. L. Cohen, X.C. (new). Minister for Works and Mines, Mr. J. It will probably not meet Parliament till after Easter. A short session and an early election are predicted. The Farmers' Union is already preparing for the election, declaring' that it is better to go to the country and secure a workable majority than to carry on under present conditions.
