MOTOR-TRUCK CAPSIZED.
ACCIDENT AT MORNINGSIDE. DRIVE ESCAPES INJURY/ A motor truck, loaded with drums of oil, paint, window sashes, and glass, capsized at the corner of New North Road and Western Springs Road, Moraingside, about 3.30 p.m. yesterday. The driver, Mr. Walter Wakefield, escaped with a severe shaking. The vehicle, which is owned by Messrs. Smith and Smith, was turning into Western Springs Road when the accident happened. The mishap resulted in the crushing of the roof over the drive's seat, and other damage to the vehicle, and the smashing of a considerable amount of the load. It was about ail hour before the truck was righted and driven away.
