MATRIMONIAL TROUBLES.
WIFE ORDERED TO RETURN.
A petition for the restitution of conjugal rights was heard by Mr. Justice Herdraan in the Supreme Court yesterday when an order was sought by Alfred Joseph Rastrick (Mr. Cahill), of Tuakau, flax miller, against Mary Ethel Rastrick. Petitioner stated that the marriage took place in 1902, and there were three children. In November 1919, < respondent left home ior a holiday, after an operation. She was not supposed to away ißore than :*i?. months, but had not since returned. Thoy were, on the best of terms when she left. 'Petitioner had twice endeavoured to get respondent to come home, Hut without success. He knew of no rea- . why she should not return. Sis Honor g.Vanted an order that respondent return in 21 days.
