SLUMP IN FRENCH FRANC. LONDON, Feb. 28. The slump in the French franc, says the London Daily' Mail, has enabled vine merchants in Soho to sell champagne at 3s lOd a 1 bottle, Bordeaux for Is, and Sauterneifor Is 6d.
