Edward Clarke Young, the former Imperial Wizard of the ■Ku Klux Klan, pleaded guilty at Houston, Texas* to a violation of the Mann Act, and was fined 1000 dollars. The Mann Act seeks to prevent men travelling from one State to another with women not ..their wives.
