The Washington reports state that the Irish Free State has asked permission to send a representative to Washington. The request is said to have favourably impressed the Administration provided the action of the Free State has received Jhe approval of the British Government. Ultimately, it is believed, Canada, the Irish Free State and other British Dominions will be represented here. ■ '"■■.:-'■".'"".'
