The sale of a largo consignment of imported Southdown rams brought to the Dominion some months ago by Messrs. B. H. and J. U. G- Slack, and which was held on the morning of People's Day of the Master ton Show, attracted a representative attendance of breeders. * Tho sheep were personally selected by the vendors from the well-known flocks of His Majesty the King, the Earl of Derby, th,e Duke of Richmond,.
