Those who are looking for a thoroughly sound investment bearing the assured rate of interest of 5£ per cent, for 21 years will do well to consider this debenture' issue thoroughly before the closing date arrives. The interest offered is very satisfactory in view of the splendid-security behind the loan, and as it is- paid half-yearly merely on presentation of interest coupons at the bank, no difficulties or delays are ever likely to occur in securing interest payments.
