NIGHT BAKING STRIKE.
UNION DE-REGISTERED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 11. As an outcome of the night baking dispute, the Industrial Court to-day deregistered the Operative Bakers' Union on the ground of its participation in an illegal strike. Previously the union was fined £50, of which only £10 so far has been paid. The Court gave it a fortnight to pay the balance.
