TO-DAY'S FORECAST. GOVERNMENT REPORT. The Government Meteorologist re-report-ed last night as follows: Present indications are for moderate to strong north-wesit to south-west winds and changeable weather generally with j scattered showers, especially in districts ; with ft westerly aspect.
