Mr. Ormsby Gore admitted the copra was sold to Germany his point wag that hardly any was shipped to British ports. His remarks would lead one to think it was shipped to Hamburg. The writer has enough experience of tropical, produce to know that- shippers have no control as to its final purchaser. At the b&me time, it would bo interesting to learn why the British buyers allowed. the copra, to pass on to Germany, if the copra was shipped to, and sold in, London.
