ILLEGAL LIQUOR SALES. ' . LONDON. Feb. S. ' Another prosecution in the campaign against the illegal sale of liquor by night clubs is that of Rector's Club, one of the largest and most luxurious,in London. It has spacious underground salons Ist Tottenham Court Road. The club vmm „ fined £300, and struck off the register. Fifteen consumers of liquor were fined £10 each, and five were fined £5» It waa % disclosed that many non-members were present. 1 .. A detective called at XI p.m, and nv a. barman closing the door.
