CHILD SLAVES IN HUNGARY.
KIDNAPPED FDR CIRCUSES. FOUND HIDDEN IN CAGES. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Feb. 8. The Daily Chronicle's Paris correspondent says the Buda Pest police, visiting a travelling circus, discovered a number of children hidden in cages. Inquiries revealed that the children had been lured to the circus by sweetmeats, then kidnapped with the idea of selling them to other circuses.
