Footpath and Street Construction and lin- , provements in the Borough of Birkenhead. 1 The Birkenhead Borough Council hereby • gives notice in pursuance of Section 9 of the . above-mentioned Act. 1. That the purpose for which the Loan is required is:— ' (a) The construction in Union asphalt of footpaths in the following streets in the Borough, viz.: Albert St., Akarana St., Arawa St., Balmain j Rd.. Beach Rd., Birkdale- Rd.. Brassey Rd., Carlton Terrace, Crescent fid., Glenfield Rd., Harbour View Rd.. Havelock Sty Hauraki St., , Hinemoa St., Hutton Rd.. That it is' proposed to make euch Loan repayable in Thirty-Six and a half ' (86J) years with provision for a Sinking Fund of not less than One Pound (£1) per centum per annum. F 5.
