THE CLEVEDON SHOW.
GOOD ENTRIES OF STOCK. RECORD IN HORSE -CLASSESJUMPING A FEATURE. The fifteenth annual slow of the Clevedon Agricultural and Pastoral Association, held on Saturday on the Clevedon grounds, was a decided success. The fine weather attracted a large attendance of the public. Entries were good in' all classes, those in the horse sections, where some very fine animals were seen, being a record. Cattle showed a slight falling off in numbers. The championship in the hack class wad won by Mr. J. Dow'a Mack for the second year in succession. A feature of this year's show was the fine jumping. Boy and girl riders being conspicuous for their ability in this direction. In the leaping event idr. A. Higgins' horse cleared 5 feet 'A inches, having considerable difficulty in defeating its opponent, Miss Peter's animal. Following is a list of the prize-win-ners : — HORSES.
