THE PREMIER CLUB. The Premier Homin? Pigeon Club flew its ' second young bird race from Te Awamutu em Saturday, in ideal flying conditions. The birds were released at noon, the winning bird, owned by Mr. Murphy, homing after flying for 2h 40m, with an average velocity of 941 yards per minute. DOMINION HOMING CLUB. The Dominion Homing Club flew its first young bird race of this season from Hu.ntly on Saturday, an airline distance of 54 miles. The.Auckland Racing Pigeon Club Ireld its third race from Te Awamutu on Saturday, an airline distance of 79 miles. The rave was very close, and. the winner E.
