TAUHEI DRAINAGE BOARD.
CBT TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] MORRI.NSVILLE. Saturday. The members of the Tauhei Drainage Board met recently, and inspected all the board's drains for the purpose of ascertaining the amount of work required for improvements during the year. A programme of work was decided upon, and it was agreed that each member should have allotted to him a certain portion of those works for his personal supervision. It was decided to take preliminary steps to raise a loan of £1500 to enlarge the main drain.
