FIRE ABOARD LETRIM.
WOOL CARGO* DAMAGED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Jan. 6. A fire broke out aboard the steamer Leitrim, bound for Dunkirk and London, from Brisbane, in the cross bunkers and No. 3 hold.
The outbreak was extinguished and the vessel is now discharging. Up to the present 620 bales of wool have been found to be damaged. .
