CONTROL OF RINDERPEST.
GOATS MUST BE DESTROYED. A. and N.Z. PERTH, Jan. 7 The Rinderpest Board of Control has issued a warning that persons found harbouring goats will be prosecuted. It is stated that a number of owners are hiding goats. The board has also granted permission for the export of wool, provided it is accompanied by a certificate stating that it was grown outside the rinderpest area.
