DUPLICATION OF LINES, The duplication of the tram lines in Onehung* 1* now. proceeding more quickly than : previously. ;• Th« new ffc&ck was opened up from the Royal Oak \ 'toii just below Arthur Street, but completion.wai hindered Rowing, to the delay in r the arrival of the new rails, occasioned by the dock strike; in V London. The rail* are now to : hand, and ar© being laid in the new bed preparatory to ballasting with scoria. The curve at Robin's Corner has been ,adjusted, so v far as the "outward track is concerned, but the inward track will not be moved .until the * whole duplication is ready, jso that it can all be donel at one operation.
