LATEST FASCIST REFORM. DECENTRALISED GOVERNMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Kocd. 9.20 p.m.) ROME, Dcc. 16. Fascist reorganisation of Italy has been carried a stage further. Tho Cabinet has approved a scheme for reform of the provincial administration by .means of decentralisation of tho English self-government type, combined -with - close supervision by the Central Government, which is regarded as suitable for tho Latin temperament.
