Mandeno Jackson report having sold a large factory site, containing over one acre, .situated Williamspn Avenue, Ponsonby, on account of Messrs.. Arch. Clarke and Sons, Ltd., to the Dominion; Compressed Yeast Co., Ltd., of Christchurch, who purpose erecting extensive up-to-date .premises for the manufacture of " Com* pressed Yeast," "Aromalt " and " Cornwell's Malt Vinegar." . The company intends to Jose no time in arranging for thu immediate erection of the necessary factory and plant, and propose to commence operations early in the New Ttear.—-
