RABBITS NOT DESTROYED.
: PAPAKURA PROSECUTIONS. A number of prosecution* under the Babbit Nuisance Act were heard before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., at Papakur'a yesterday. The following fines for failure to destroy rabbits ere imposed: N. Mardon, R. A. Forbes and J. G. Baker, each £3, and costs 7s; Geo Richards, £5, costs 7s. Mr. V. A. Huddleston, stock inspector prosecuted.
