Technical instruction is now a feature of educational activities in the Auckland province. - Thousands of pupils receive manual and technical training, and the system of examination; reveals a high standard of efficiency. Results of tests at nix of these schools are now to hand. The list covers ten subjects and girls predominate in the classes devoted to shorthand, typewriting and commercial subjects. The' results given represent first, second and third class passes in the different grade*.
