CHEESE QUIET BUT STEADY.

Butter is firm and in strong demand. New Zealand, choicest salted, is quoted alt 212s to 2145, unsalted 213s to 2205. Australian, salted, is quoted at 2063 to 208s, unsalted 210s to 2125. Cheese is quietly steady. New Zealand is quoted at 106s to 110s.
Last week's quotations were:—Butter : New Zealand, choicest salted, 209s to 210s. Choicest Australian about 2025. Danish, 2165. Cheese : New Zealand, 108s to 110s.
