In the matter of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and regulations made thereunder. The Body Corporate known as the Waiterosta County Council hereby gives notice in terms of Sections 9 and 10 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, That the Waitemata County Council proposes to engage. in the following undertaking, which they are duly authorised to do by law. and being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out' of the ordinary revenue of the Council. : propose to raise a Special Loan for the purpose. ' -, (a) Road construction, bridge and culvert building, and constructing and metalling roads in the Kumeu Riding of the County of Waitemata. the . boundaries of which are legally defined as a legal subdivision, such undertaking to be as set out in the schedule hereto. (b) i The total amount to be borrowed is £30.000 for a period of 361 years at a rate of interest not exceeding 5} per cent. per annum, and provision for the ' repayment of the Lo&n will be made by a sinking fund of at least 11 per centum per . annum. /• (c) Tt is proposed to pay out of the Loan the preliminary expenses in connection with the scheme' for which the Loan is proposed to be raised, and also the , cost of raising the Loan, but not the interest and sinking fund for the first yeai of the Loan. ; v \ ■•.■■,':.-,■.•.■•''■■",.'
