The number of cows tested under the auspice* of Che Hikurangi Cow-Testing Association for this months "totals 1335, as compared with 1012 for October, an increase of 323. The following is a summary of the association's work for this month.—Number of herds tested, 77 ; highest herd production, 11811b. of milk; test, 4.5; butter-fat, 53.611b. Lowest herd, 3331b,. of milk; test, 3.8; butterfat, 12.751b. Highest cow, 16951b. 08 milk, test, 4.4, butter-fat, 74.581b. Lowest cow, 2701b. of milk; test, 3.3, butterfai, 8.911b. Average for association, SS s *-, of milk, test, 3.8: butter-fat, 30.941b.
