OBITUARY .
MR, J. MacMENAMEN. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Sunday. The death took place yesterday of Mr. John MacMenamen. late manager and part owner of the Te Rawhiti sheep station. The late Mr. MacMenamen, wfro was 67 years of age, will be well remembered for his generous hospitality to the survivors of the wreck of the steamer Penguin in 1909. He retired some ten years ago. and has been living since that time at Island Bay. He was a keen bowler, and took a great interest in gardening. He is survived by his widow and one daughter.
