Commander Vitali, Italian • Consul, who was co-respondent in the divorce pro--ceedings instituted by Mr. Lubrano di Negozio, is appealing against the verdict given in petitioner's xavour. The costs in the case, which Commander, Vitali was ordered to pay, total £3200.
