DELIVERIES TO RESUME.
A. and N.Z. LONDON. Nov. 22. The Cologne correspondent of the Times learns that when negotiations between the French and the Ruhr mineowners , are resumed to-morrow, the French authorities will announce an important concession in regard to what is to be creditied to the reparation account, from which the Germans hope a definite agreement will result in a day or two. The correspondent is also informed that the Rhineland Commission has concluded an important agreement with a Gerni&n group of manufacturers for the delivery of aniline dyes, medical products, and chemical manures. , The British Government, although represented during the negotiations, does not participate in the agreement. It is not clear whether • these deliveries will be credited to the reparation account. Th immediate effect of this agreement and the coal agreement, if signed, will be to relieve considerably unemployment in the Rhineland and the Ruhr.
