PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Body Corporate, called the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Northcote. intends 'to take under the provisions of The Public Works Act, 1908," the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto,' for the purpose of constructing thereon septic ana settling tanks, in connection with a drainage scheme about to be carried out in the said Borough, and thata plan of that part of the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the Office of the Town Clerk at Northcote, and may be inspected there without fee during Office hours.
