White is supreme in this season's tennis kit. So there are white woolly Teddy bear cloths for wraps, •white silk sponge cloths and crepes for dresses, white velours for hats, in addition to a multitude of other attractive dress items demonstrating the liking for white..;. i. ,'. ; ■'■( Many a tennis devotee :.will pin her faith to all-knitted wear ibis season—the neatly-knitted skirt in plain stitch and a variety of knitted silk jumpers of more elaborate design, or the all in one knitted frock, which if it is. really successful is quite the most satisfactory thing in knitted tennis wear. . _ .• - Then, for the girl who is fond of sport but prefers to wear frocks that are a little less utilitarian, there is silk ratine. ere is especially nice in a soft |ivory shade and has a sponge cloth surface.
