CHILDREN ENTERTAINED.

A highly successful tea and entertainment, organised by Mr. and Mis. A. J. Stratford, was given to the children of St. Paul's parish in the parish hall. Over 130 young people and their parents assembled. After tea competitions, games, dances and comic lantern views provided a most enjoyable programme.

In the church, bedecked with beautiful •flowers and fragrant with their perfume, the guests await the bridal party with regained excitement.
