M"ORE REPORTED CURES.

CRIPPLED PECPLE HEALED. [BV TELEGRAPH. — ASSOCIATION.] •WELLINGTON. Thursday More cures in connection ' with the Hickson healing mission are reported. The clergy, however, are strongly adverse to making any statements regarding reported cures that cannot at one* be verified. Voluntary declarations have been made and cases are to be inquired into by the clergy. An old lady, who had been paralysed for years, is reported to be able to walk and there are several cases of restored sight and hearing. A remarkable case is that of an elderly woman who was deaf and can now hear. Two cases of recovery from infantile paralysis have also been reported, and also that of a woman who had lost the use of .a hand.

A case, spoken of as remarkable, is that of a young roan at Island Bay, who has suffered from valvular disease of the heart from birth, and who had developed curvature of the spine. He went to the mission and came away showing & wonder)ml improvement and is now able to walk.
