ARTICLE BY MR. MASSEY. Special to P. A. LONDON. Nov. 6. An article in the Nineteenth Century and After, written by Mr. W. F. Massey, Prime Minister of New Zealand, traces the economic development of New Zealand, describes conditions as at present existing, New Zealand's success in overcoming the stress occasioned by tho Great War, and her ability to reduce taxation. The article deals with the meat and dairy combinations, and' denies that they are Socialistic ventures.
