810 BY ROYAL DUTCH. BRITAIN'S HOLDING. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Nov. 6. Th(! DaHy Express says that it is definitely stated that the Royal Dutch Oil Combine is negotiating for tho purchase of the British Government's holding in the Anglo-Persian Oil Company. It is understood that if tho deal is effected, it ■will entail a cash payment of £12,000,000. The British Government in June, 1914, acquired share or loan capital in the Anglo-Persian Oil Company to tno extent of £2,200,000.
