CONVICTED CHEMIST'S CASE. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATIOH.J WELLINGTON. Thursday. By an Order-in-Council, the name of James Reynolds Hayne, of Dunedin, recently sentenced , to seven years' imprisonment on a charge of performing an illegal operation, is to be erased from the Pharmaceutical Register of New Zealand, he having been convicted of an offtneo which in the opinion of all members of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand renders him unfit to be on the register. •
