HONEY FROM DOMINION.
TREATMENT IN LONDON.
At the invitation of Sir James Allen, '.'. High Commissioner for New Zealand, a small party received, -enjoyed a private *■ view of a film depicting the manner in which a cargo of " Imperial Bee " brand of New Zealand honey is dealt with, from its arrival in dock, to its consignment to ** "the retailers in Britain. The film showed the steamship Orari steaming up river, the docking of the ship, and the discharge of the cargo. Before anything is done with the honey it is carefully examined and tested. The containers are" then put on steam heating racks!, so that the honey will flow easily. -It is then run into large vat-like tanks, from which it is tapped into glass jars. All these operations are shown in the film. The film has been arranged for by Messrs. A. J. Mills and Company, Ltd., ' the United Kingdom agents of the New Zealand Honey Producers' Association, with the co-operation of the New Zealand Shipping Company, Ltd. It is to be forwarded to New Zealand for incorporation in one taken ,in the Dominion, and will eventually be shown at the cinema attached to the New Zealand Pavilion at the British Empire Exhibition.
