SUITABILITY FOR EXPORT.
The question as. to whether the Gravenstein apple was suitable for early export has been exercising the minds of some Huapai fruitgrowers and was the subject of an inquiry at the meeting addressed by Mr. T.W. Attwood, of the Fruitgrowers' Federation. Mr. Attwood stated that grovided sufficient numbers were available ravensteins would be quite good for export. Mr. G. A. . Green mentioned that Willie Sharps could also be shipped at the same time. . Local experience with this apple was good. ', ■: •
