Dr. : de Latour commenced to 'practise his profession ). in Yorkshire, and four years later, he came ; to • New ; Zealand. He ' practised for five years, in v Port -■, Chalmers ■■' and then removed • ' to , Clutha- district, where, he. .remained for 14 years. During that long period he was closely associated; with publie life in the district. Dr. de' Latotur commenced practice in Dunedin early in T--190- In .1891' he was ; married to Miss Dollina Forbes, of Duucdin.
