AGROUND AND REFLOATED. A- and N.Z. .' LONDON. Sept. 4. The steamer City of Shanghai, laden with wheat from Melbourne, /.grounded while - proceeding into dock V at■ Cardiff. Her position was dangerous, ■ as the bottom was buckling and the engineroom filled with water. She was refloated, however, and is proceeding to Cardiff.
