THAMES BRANCH FORMED. [BX TELEGBAPH. — ASSOCIATION.! 'THAMES, Wednesday; Mr. G. A. Green, ■of , the Forestry League, interviewed the Mayor, Mr. T. W. Rhodes,- M'.P;, and discussed the desirability offorming a branch bf the Forestry. League. The Mayor agreed lo the proposal, and accepted the position of chairman. The town clerk, Mr. A. Chapman, is to be acting-secretary. ". ' The object is to form a strong ; local committee to further the objects of the league. A public lecture will .be given when the local executive is appointed.
