PROPOSAL REJECTED.
A. and N.Z. LONDON, Aug. 1. The master cotton spinners, by 31,000,060 spindles to 14,000,000, rejected a proposal to control the industry by { an advisory council composed of all sections, including workers, and suggested an organisation winch would b* similar to war time cotton controL '
