It is believed that an influential and substantial minority, if not'an actual j majority of Ministers, have already come j to the conclusion that further correspon- j dence with France is useles?., and that the British Note should l be published. The more moderate view in. the Cabinet, however, inclines to notifying formally . of the Cabinet's attitude, leaving M. Poincare to reply or not as he thinks fit. The Daily Chronicle : says that France is being asked 1 to agree to publication of the inter-Allied correspondence. U sh« refuses Mr. Baldwin will probably publish the British documents. _ .
