ST. JOHN'S, ... PAPATOETOE. ' The Rev. T. H. Roseveare, of Cambridge, has been inducted to the charge of St. John's ■ Church, Papatoetoe, rendered vacant by the death - of: the „ Rev. ■",- C. D.;; Scott presiding over a large gathering. Speeches of welcome were delivered by the Revs. P. Davis (Anglican), P. Atkinson Methodist ; : T. Currie,,:and yP.; R. ■Jeffreys, and Mr. ; Jas. ' representing the congregation. An excellent prograince of songs and y recitations /was rendered. .It was mentioned that the ' new brick' church would be dedicated next /Thursday by the moderator of ;,the General Assembly, the Rev.
