The concessionaires of the Empire Exhibition amusements- park have undertaken to spend £600,000, and to pay the authorities 30 per cent, on the first £1,000,000 of the gross receipts, and 40 per cent, "of the balance. They will obtain their profit from the higher percentagts paid by the sub-concessionaires.;
