PRIEST'S MURDER TRIAL.
DISAGREEMENT OF JURY. A. and N.Z. , MONTREAL. July 24. In the rehearing of the trial of Delorme. a former Roman Catholic priest, who is accused of murder, the jury disagreed after 46 hours' deliberation. A new trial was began on June 20 of Delorme, who had . been found guilty of murdering his half-brother. Delorme, who was placed in a mortal hospital, demanded a . new trial, contending that he was sane and innocent.
