EIGHT RECAPTURED. escape PLOTTED OUTSIDE. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. July . 24. Seventeen oi: the insane convicts _ who escaped from Chester Asylum are still at large. They, aire ■ being hunted by bloodhounds. Eighli fugitives were recaptured during the night. The authorities believe a general release of ' all prison was planned by con federates outside the : institution, who smuggled' knives and other weapons into the e&ercise pen.
