INDIAN DISTURBANCES.
HINDU-MOSLEM fracas. TROOPS RESTORE ORDER. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.5 p.m.) DELHI, July 24. A serious fracas between- Hindus and Mahommedans occurred at Ajmere. The Mahommedans attacked a Hindu procession and temple. , Troops intervened and restored order. Five people were killed and many injured. FIGHTING ON FRONTIER. TWO TRIBES AT WAR. A. and N.Z. ' DELHI, July 24. Refugees have been arriving in Peshawar district in large numbers during the last ten days. Heavy fighting is reported between the Nawab of Amb and the Meangul of Swat, in the Chamba Valley, in the Bunair district. ' " , ■ * The Swat forces suffered 50 deaths in tho first skirmish, but retaliated heavily.
