RAID BY FRENCH POLICE. LARGE NUMBER OF ARRESTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.30 p.m.) ; PARIS, July 22. The police raided the Parisian Chinatown, adjoining the Gare de Lyon, where British travellers arriving from the East have had disagreeable. experiences, The police arrested 30 Chinese men, nine Chinese girls. 29 other Asiatics and : several Italians Poles and Belgians.
